1. Agreement
By accessing or using Velithra at velithra.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Velithra is a personal brand operating system that helps you extract Brand DNA, generate on-brand content, plan a publishing calendar, connect social channels, and — on eligible plans — publish autonomously with approval controls. Features vary by plan and may change over time.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- One person or legal entity per account unless we approve otherwise in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content
- Spam, harass, or impersonate others without permission
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, billing, or security controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service without consent
- Use the Service to train competing models on our systems or outputs at scale
You are solely responsible for content published through your connected accounts, including AI-assisted posts and media.
5. Subscriptions, usage, and billing
Paid plans, add-ons (such as Video Pack), and pay-per-request overages are billed through Stripe. Prices and included limits are shown at checkout and in Settings. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Usage quotas reset on the schedule shown in the product.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
6. AI-generated content
Velithra uses artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review content before publishing, especially when autonomous posting is enabled. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, compliance with platform rules, or factual accuracy.
7. Third-party platforms and services
Connecting X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Google, or other services is subject to those providers' terms and API policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to content you upload and to outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELITHRA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Velithra against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or others, or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
